How we get personal information and why we have it

Most personal information we process is provided to us directly by you when:

• You purchase tickets to a Campus Label event.
• You contact us through this website or our social channels.
• You email us directly.
• You complete a form on this site (Industry enquiry, Artist submission, Join the team).

We may also receive personal information indirectly — for example, when you buy a ticket via a partner ticketing platform (Skiddle and similar), or when a partner organisation introduces you to us.

We use the information you give us in order to:

• Process and fulfil ticket bookings.
• Keep an accurate record of attendees at our events.
• Respond to your enquiry, submission or application.
• Tell you about future events, releases or opportunities, where you have asked us to.

We may share necessary information with venues and security personnel for ticketed events. We do not sell personal information to third parties.

Information you submit through this website is sent over an encrypted (HTTPS) connection. Records are held in our operational systems (such as Airtable for applications, and our ticketing partners for events) which apply industry-standard access controls.

We retain information only for as long as needed for the purpose it was collected, or as required by law. Ticket records are typically retained for up to six years for accounting and dispute-resolution purposes. We will erase your information on request, subject to any overriding legal obligation to retain it.

Your data protection rights

Under data protection law, you have the right to:

• Access. Ask us for copies of your personal information.
• Rectification. Ask us to correct information you believe is inaccurate, or complete information you believe is incomplete.
• Erasure. Ask us to erase your personal information in certain circumstances.
• Restrict processing. Ask us to restrict how we process your information in certain circumstances.

• Portability. Ask us to transfer your information to another organisation, or to you, in certain circumstances.

You are not required to pay a charge to exercise your rights. If you make a request, we have one month to respond. Please contact us with your request.
