How this actually works
Common questions.
Do I need experience to get involved?
No. You start by showing up. Experience comes from doing the work here.
Is this competitive?
Not at the entry level. Access grows with contribution, not popularity or favour.
How much time do I need?
That's up to you. Some people help occasionally. Others take on regular roles. Your access reflects your input.
Do I have to be an artist?
No. We need producers, engineers, filmmakers, marketers, promoters and organisers.
How do internships and industry opportunities happen?
Through the work you deliver. Staffers and active Associates may be recommended directly to partner companies.
Are paid roles guaranteed?
No. Paid Label Manager roles are limited and earned through consistent contribution.
Can I skip levels or just apply for a paid role?
No. There's no fast track. The work is the application.
What if I stop getting involved?
Access pauses. You can re-engage at any time by contributing again.
