Diversity & Inclusion Policy
The Campus Label LTD · Last updated May 2026
The Campus Label LTD is committed to fostering, cultivating and preserving a culture of diversity, equity and inclusion across every campus, team and project.
Our people are our most valuable asset. The collective sum of individual differences, life experiences, knowledge, inventiveness, innovation, self-expression, unique capabilities and talent that those working with us invest in their work represents a significant part of our culture, our reputation, and our work as a label.
We embrace and encourage differences in age, colour, disability, ethnicity, family or marital status, gender identity or expression, language, national origin, physical and mental ability, political affiliation, race, religion, sexual orientation, socio-economic status, veteran status, and other characteristics that make people unique.
Scope and application
Our diversity initiatives apply, but are not limited, to our practices and policies on recruitment and selection, compensation and benefits, professional development and training, promotions, transfers, social and recreational programmes, layoffs and terminations, and to the ongoing development of a work environment built on gender and diversity equity.
We encourage and enforce:
- Respectful communication and cooperation between everyone on the team.
- Teamwork and participation, including representation of all groups and perspectives.
- Work/life balance through flexible work schedules that accommodate varying needs.
- Employer and employee contributions to the communities we serve to promote a greater understanding and respect for diversity.
